Yes — 14 days on Minimum, Business or Business + AI, whichever you choose when you sign up, with no card to start. Verify your email, choose a password, and the account is yours to use with your own data. The paid Extras are shown but stay locked until you subscribe: a Business + AI trial runs as a Business trial with the three automations locked. The 14-day free trial includes everything except the AI automations. They switch on when your paid plan starts. You can end your trial early at any time from Admin control to switch them on (your paid plan and first-month price start that day). You can try every one of them in the live demo. When your trial converts, your first paid month is the first-month price shown above.

The core system is the same on all three. Minimum is 1 account, hard-capped. Business includes 25 accounts, then £10 each. Business + AI includes 50 accounts, then £10 each, with the Facebook AI Booker, Gmail Auto Booker and Calendar Auto Booker and 250 AI credits every 28 days.

Minimum is built for a one-person business and is hard-capped at 1 account — you won't be able to create a second staff login. Upgrade to Business any time to add up to 25 accounts.

In advance. Your first invoice is raised the day your paid plan starts — the first-month price — and then one at the start of every 28-day cycle, for the cycle ahead. Anything that changed during a cycle (an automation added, accounts added) is on the next invoice as its own line, charged or credited by the day, and so is what you used: texts and the SMS number's rental, and any AI top-ups (1,000 AI credits for £100 each). Each invoice is due a week after it is issued: we allow a week to pay, and we send a reminder before it is due. If an invoice is still unpaid three days after its due date the account is paused until it is paid; nothing in it is lost, and it unlocks the moment the payment is received.

Yes. On Minimum, you can upgrade to Business yourself at any time from your Admin control, and it happens straight away; the difference is added to your next bill by the day. Business + AI is only available when you first join — when you sign up, or when your trial ends. After that, each automation is added on its own at £99 every 28 days. You can manage your plan yourself in Admin control → Your plan, including moving down, which shows exactly what you would lose first.

The Facebook AI Booker and Gmail Auto Booker pause and flag every new message for your team, and you are emailed. Everything else in Blinds Base keeps working. With Auto Top-Up on, a £100 top-up adds 1,000 AI credits straight away, up to the limit you set, billed on your next Blinds Base invoice. Asking Blinds Base AI for help never uses credit.

AI top-ups for the Facebook AI Booker or Gmail Auto Booker once the included AI credits are used (1,000 AI credits for £100 each), and — if you take the Facebook AI Booker's optional dedicated SMS number — that number's £2.50 monthly rental plus 5p per text sent and 1p per text received (a text longer than 160 characters counts as two or more, or longer than 70 if it has an emoji — that is how the phone networks and our SMS partner count texts, not a Blinds Base rule). Never normal, everyday CRM activity.
