Facebook lead ads, followed up while you're out measuring.
When someone fills in your Facebook lead form, Blinds Base AI emails them back within minutes, asks your questions, offers real times from your diary and books the measure. Until you choose otherwise, a person approves every reply before it goes.
£99 every 28 days + AI usage, on Minimum or Business. Included in Business + AI. Locked during the free trial.

What it does, in plain terms
Lead forms, answered by email
It works with Facebook lead-ad forms. The reply, and the conversation after it, are by email.
You approve each reply first
Suggest mode is the default: nothing is sent until someone at your business approves it.
A price range only
A guide range from your own price book, "confirmed on the visit". Never an exact price.
A person takes over
Anything tricky goes to "Needs human" and your office is told in Team Hub.
From a lead form to a booked measure.
Four steps, each one checked against your own diary and your own settings.
An example to show the steps. Not a real customer.
- A lead fills in your Facebook form while you're up a ladder.
- Blinds Base emails back within minutes in your branding, and asks your own questions.
- It offers a real morning or afternoon from the next 14 days, when a fitter who covers that postcode and fits that blind type is free.
- The booking lands. Customer, job and appointment are made in one go, and your normal confirmation goes out.
If it can't read the diary, it doesn't guess: it stops and hands over. It can move a booking it made; cancelling is off unless you switch it on.
You approve each reply first, until you decide not to.
Choose how much it does on its own. You can change the mode at any time.
Off
Nothing is drafted or sent. Leads still land in Blinds Base for your team.
Suggest
DefaultBlinds Base AI drafts each reply. A person reads it, edits it if they want, and approves it before it's sent.
Automatic, within your hours
It sends on its own inside the hours you set. Outside them it only drafts, for a person to approve.
A price range from your book. Never a made-up price.
It gives a guide range from your own price book, "confirmed on the visit". A check in the code rejects any pound figure that didn't come from that range.
- Asked for an exact price? It hands the thread to a person.
- A blind type you haven't priced? It gives no figure at all.
When it should be a person, it's a person.
The thread moves to "Needs human" and your office gets a handover in Team Hub. If someone on your team replies themselves, Blinds Base AI stops on that thread.

From the live demo, a fictional business.
It hands over for complaints, refunds, legal matters, an angry customer, installation problems, exact prices, anything it's unsure of, or when the customer asks for a person.
What it costs
every 28 days, plus AI usage, added to Minimum or Business. It switches on at once and is billed by the day.
then £449 every 28 days
Business + AI: all three Extras, 250 AI credits every 28 days and 50 accounts. Only when you join.
AI usage on top
Replies use AI credit. A top-up is 1,000 credits for £100. If credit runs out, Blinds Base AI pauses and flags messages for your team, and Blinds Base keeps working.
Locked during the 14-day free trial. It switches on when your paid plan starts. On Business + AI you can end the trial early to start sooner.

Which Facebook enquiries does it answer?
Leads from your Facebook lead-ad forms. When someone submits the form, it replies by email, and the conversation carries on by email.
Will it send anything without us seeing it?
Not unless you choose that. It starts in Suggest mode, where a person approves every reply. In Automatic mode it sends only inside the hours you set.
Can it quote an exact price?
No. It gives a guide range from your own price book, confirmed on the visit. If a customer wants an exact price, a person takes over.
Can I try it before paying?
You can see it in the live demo, where the conversations are examples and nothing is sent. During your free trial it's shown but locked; it switches on when your paid plan starts.
